Food Design x Education is a platform which generates different activities and actions (seminars, symposiums, forums, round tables, working groups, talks, etc.) bringing together likeminded people and places who are interested in advancing contents and understanding in Food Design for academia regarding teaching, learning and research. It is an opportunity for articulating and exchanging ideas, open to thinkers and educators working in the emerging transdiscipline of Food Design in a critical and constructive spirit,
relating to institutional academics as well as non-traditional formats and spaces. FDxE creates alliances with different institutions and people as opportunities and demand flows. Food Design x Education was created by Pedro Reissig and counts on a team of collaborators, including Sonia Massari as the european partner.
