In the past few years Food Design has been consolidating into a transdisciplinary field of study and practice, creating an emerging and fertile academic scenario in higher education. As part of this initiative, we maintain a date base with the academic offers related

to Food Design that can serve as a decision making tool for students, educators and professionals. In this spirit we would appreciate any additions or corrections to the information here published to the best of our knowledge.
